Dessert Tables

I’ve been promising a Sweet addition here at The Perfect Place and I’m please to announce that specialty dessert tables have been added to our list of services. Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Serve this simple dessert to impress your guests at your next party.

Ingredients:
1 quart fresh strawberries

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Beat together cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar with electric mixer.

Cut the end from the strawberry so it will stand on a plate, and remove the top. Angle your knife to create a hole for the filling.

Pipe the filling into your strawberries. You can use a pastry bag or cut the corner from a Ziploc baggie.

Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour and enjoy!
