Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Serve this simple dessert to impress your guests at your next party.

1 quart fresh strawberries
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Beat together cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar with electric mixer.

Cut the end from the strawberry so it will stand on a plate, and remove the top. Angle your knife to create a hole for the filling.

Pipe the filling into your strawberries. You can use a pastry bag or cut the corner from a Ziploc baggie.

Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour and enjoy!
